Executive Dynamics is a national search and recruitment firm specializing in identifying and recruiting sales and marketing talent for key positions in the consumer package industry. What We Offer

We take pride in our organization's emphasis on providing you with superior service. We regularly monitor the "hit rate" of candidates interviewed versus number of candidates hired. We provide annual business reviews that review this information with each of our key clients.

We operate philosophically as if we are the client company. Our standards are very simple - we don't represent any firm for whom we would not work, and we don't represent candidates we would not hire to work for us.

We follow-up consistently with both the client and hired candidate to ensure we've made the right match.

On numerous occasions we have alerted our client companies that a competing candidate (referred internally or through another recruiter) was the best person for the job. In addition, a few of our clients routinely ask our assessment of candidates they sourced elsewhere.

Our range of services include:

  • Review client needs & specific candidate qualifications by individual search
  • Establish a pool of qualified candidates that fit client specifications
  • Interview and select top 3-5 candidates
  • Reference check candidates
  • Refer final candidates for initial interviews (usually 2 or 3)
  • Monitor interview process and communications for client and candidates
  • Help manage job offer as client desires
  • Follow-up 2-3 months later with client and hired candidate to ensure successful placement
  • Provide annual business reviews for our largest clients

Our History

Executive Dynamics is a Minority-Owned Business Enterprise founded in 1987. We have a strong reputation in the industry-having been appointed a Preferred Provider by some of the most prestigious companies in consumer packaged goods, sporting goods and entertainment. Our Company combines 100 years of experience in executive recruiting for sales and marketing management.

During the past 22 years, we have placed over 1,200 candidates in both headquarter and field positions throughout the United States as well as internationally.

Executive Dynamics has a unique vertical relationship with our clients. We place the senior team in organizations and then build the infrastructure underneath them, which allows us to have a deeper understanding of our clients.
